Commercial Site Manager - with Growth Opportunities

Lynx are partnered with a large subcontractor, who work on a variety of commercial projects for main contractors
We are seeking multiple Site Managers for Auckland based sites
 
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and successful completion of projects, adhering to quality standards, safety regulations, and budgetary constraints.
 
Ideal candidates will have site management experience, and experience with
Glass/Glazing/Cladding/Facades/Exteriors.
 
 
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
 
 
Project Planning and Coordination:

• Develop and implement detailed project plans for the installation of facades and cladding, considering project scope, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure seamless project execution

Team Management:

• Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including foremen, installers, and subcontractors
• Provide clear direction, set performance expectations, and ensure effective communication within the team

Quality Assurance
Enforce and maintain high-quality standards throughout the installation process.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulations
 
Safety Compliance:

• Prioritize and enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations on the construction site.

Conduct regular safety meetings, risk assessments, and implement corrective actions to mitigate potential hazards
 
 
 
Qualifications / Experience required

1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Site Manager with a focus on facades and cladding installations.
3. In-depth knowledge of facades and cladding systems, materials, and installation techniques.
4. Strong understanding of construction project management principles and practices.
5. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
6. Proficient in project management software and tools.
7. Commitment to safety and quality standards.
