We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual with a background in nutrition to join our team as a Data Entry Specialist. 

In this role, you will be responsible for uploading recipes into our system, ensuring accuracy and consistency in the nutritional information provided.

Responsibilities:

1. Upload recipes into our database with accuracy and attention to detail.
2. Ensure that all nutritional information is correctly entered, including but not limited to calories, macronutrients and images.
3. Conduct research as needed to verify and validate nutritional data for each recipe.
4. Collaborate with our Nutrition Lead to ensure that all recipes meet our standards and guidelines.
5. Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy before final submission.
6. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues with data entry.
7. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.
8. Assist in other data entry tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, preferably in a nutrition-related setting.
• Strong understanding of nutrition principles and knowledge of food composition.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Proficiency in using computer software and databases.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
