Diesel / Petrol Mechanic - with Great Benefits

Youngman Richardson are a privately owned Kiwi business who have been importing and distributing equipment to the construction, hire and agricultural sectors for over 40 years.  Our longevity is due to the quality of the brands we work with, the way we treat our customers and the calibre of the staff we employ.

We are now looking for a diesel/petrol small engine mechanic to join our Wellington branch who understands the meaning of team.  Long term growth opportunities exist

Key responsibility 

• For the servicing and maintenance of diesel and/or petrol engines and other equipment as required
• To provide technical advice on servicing issues to customers
• Maintaining accurate job card and timesheet records

We provide our customers with “first class” service so we are seeking  qualified diesel /petrol mechanics who possess great communication and customer service skills with good attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.  A small dedicated team environment exists and our staff are well looked after.

This is a permanent full-time role based on 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. 

A  hourly rate between $32 - $37 per hour is offered based on experience.
