Position Summary:

As the Digital Engagement Manager, you will help devise and implement digital strategies aimed at attracting, engaging, and activating individuals on their journey at LIFE. 

The Role:

The Digital Engagement Manager will report to the Group Digital & Technology Manager, and will include:

• Working with the team to develop and implement Digital Strategies aimed at engaging and activating individuals on their journey at LIFE
• Collaborate with the Digital Product, Comms and Pastoral Teams to coordinate digital engagement efforts, ensuring consistency in messaging and alignment with brand values.
• Manage and nurture church relationships through digital channels, utilising Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and techniques to enhance member satisfaction, engagement and activation.
• Help create engaging content and maintain digital platforms inline with the digital strategy
• Implementation of digital advertising strategy – including programming and monitoring Adwords (and other Google/Search channels), working with team to creating website wireframes and managing build process.
• Providing insight-driven reporting and optimisation recommendations of digital performance by channel and campaign as necessary.

You:

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing digital engagement strategies across multiple channels and a strong understanding of digital analytics tools and experience in analysing data to inform strategy and decision-making.

We are looking for someone with these competencies:

• Strong effective communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with Digital Advertising Platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads as well as Email Marketing Experience
• Strong understanding of Digital Analytics Tools and experience in analysing data to inform strategy and decision-making
• Basic financial competency
