As the frontline representative of our flagship dealership's service department, your role will be crucial in maintaining seamless operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and assist in scheduling service appointments
• Listen attentively to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
• Liaise with technicians to ensure a comprehensive grasp of necessary repairs
• Provide customers with service and repair cost estimates
• Clearly explain repair recommendations and options to customers
• Keep customers updated on their vehicle's service progress
• Handle customer payments and process invoices
• Maintain precise records of service transactions and customer interactions
• Address customer inquiries and promptly resolve any issues or concerns
• Collaborate with the service team for efficient workflow and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Passion for customer service and the automotive sector
• Outstanding customer service skills with a warm and approachable demeanor
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail with high accuracy in record keeping
• Proficiency in computer software programs
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
