Group Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Manager - Join a Market Leader

Based in beautiful Queenstown, and offering a flexible working environment, we are looking for a full-time Accounts Payable & Receivable Manager to support our global finance department.

Your duties will include:

• Managing the AR/AP team (3 staff members)
• Managing Aged AP and AR balances
• Overseeing the site banking and bank reconciliation process
• Oversight of the purchase order process
• Ensuring compliance with financial processes
• Liaising with our Asia accountants to organise payment runs
• Assistance in the roll-out of finance automation projects

The successful candidate will ideally possess the following:

• Minimum 5 years in a financial operations role or similar, with management experience desirable
• Understanding of basic accounting principles, including general ledger coding
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make suggestions for improvement
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience using NetSuite is beneficial but not required
