About the role

This role is the backbone of our office’s technical environment! You will be working closely with all departments to resolve technical issues (hardware, software, network and security systems), manage IT assets, and contribute to IT projects that enhance our infrastructure.

A varied role, meaning no two days will be the same. Your day could involve anything from managing our internal network to providing end-user support to ensuring our cybersecurity measures are up to date.

Your technical expertise will ensure our team has the tools and resources they need to excel in a fast-paced environment.

About you

From your previous experience in a similar IT support role, you’ll bring strong knowledge of computer hardware, software and networking principles. You’ll also be familiar with cybersecurity principles and data protection regulations. 

You have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.

You love communicating and interacting with others, and have a talent when it comes to explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.

In addition, you will have experience running Microsoft 365 email.
