Manager - Vehicle Compliance - Leading Industry Pay

Drivesure Vehicle Testing are recruiting a talented Manager - Vehicle Compliance for a 3 month period July to Sept 2024. The successful applicant will work alongside the current Manager for 2-3 weeks prior to taking over the operations. The position is responsible for our overall compliance operations at our Takanini Compliance site.

There is potential for a new role post contract as we continue expansion.  

The role reports to the General Manager. 

Our customers are looking for high quality outcomes delivered in a timely fashion - this is the key to the role. As these outcomes are delivered through our people, the ability to recruit, retain and develop high performing teams is essential.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate vehicle service management or compliance management in a New Zealand context - local experience is essential for the role.

Key elements of the role are:

• Leadership of inspection and customer outcomes.
• Mangement of vehicle flow and productivity
• Customer management and business development

You should have great people management skills, the ability to easily on-board technical information, be a natural multi-tasker and take ownership of the division and its customers.
