Manufacturing Team Leader - Opportunity to Make a Difference

About the role

Our client is seeking a motivated Manufacturing Team Leader based in Palmerston North. You will play a crucial role in ensuring their manufacturing processes are efficient, their team is motivated, and their lollies continue to delight taste buds across the country.

This role involves:

• Leading a small team of 12
• Operating the plant and working as part of a collaborative team
• Ensuring a high quality of all products manufactured
• Planning production
• Ensuring compliance within Health and Safety 

This is a Monday to Friday role from 6.30am to 3.45pm.

Requirements

• Ideally previous experience in the food industry / red line
• Physically fit as you will be required to assist with manufacturing
• Ability to coordinate and manage a team at a supervisor level
• Forklift license is desirable but not required
