This business in the building industry is looking for a contract Office Administrator who thrives in a role full of variety.
Based in Wellington’s CBD we are looking for someone to start 20th May – through until the end of the year.
This is a diverse and interesting administrative role and requires someone who can multitask with ease.
Working closely with the General Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating all aspects of the business’s annual conference
- Setting up internal meetings, preparing agendas, minutes and action points
- Liaising with branches around the country to ensure they have stock on hand of brochures and collateral, arranging reprints and delivery
- Populating spreadsheets with information requests from the overseas head office
- Updating the CRM with information on warranty periods, job competition etc.
- Coordinating any staff training as required
- Overflow reception and basic accounts
- Ad hoc tasks and projects as required.
Your background - Proven experience in an administration position
- Ability to work with software – MS Office suite, in particular Excel and Word, experience using a CRM e.g. Salesforce
Your personal qualities - Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- “Can do” attitude.
