International Freight Forwarding Company - seeking Allrounder Junior Office Clerk

Full Time Position, Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm

Duties involved are complete basics Operations

• Data Entry for Imports/Exports Air and Sea
• Make bookings with Shipping Lines / Carriers
• Liaise with local clients and overseas partners
• Co-ordinate Delivery/Pickup
• Process Documents for customs broker
• Billings & Invoice processing
• Complete Customer Service

We are a small freight forwarding company, looking for the right candidate with a great mind set whose willing to develop themselves. 

Candidates must be keen, friendly, outgoing, hard working, ability to work under extreme pressure and have great organisational skills. Attention to details, have an open mind with a right attitude. Ability to meet deadlines and have a can do attitude. You will be working independently as a one man band. 
 
You must be ready to focus in the work force. Customer Service is a must. 

Must hold NZ Permanent Residence.

No Experience required, all training will be provided for those who are keen to learn, strive to succeed and develop themselves in the International Freight Industry.

NZ Award Wage offered for those with No Experience.

For those with Experience, Salary will be negotiable
