About the Role 
We are looking for an Operations Manager for our Gisborne Branch. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be directing and supervising the Gisborne team to meet project tasks, and co-ordinate resources for projects and/or sites, actively ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and that all health and safety compliance is met.

What do you need to succeed?
• Efficient management skills to improve the productivity of teams and work standards. 
• Experienced NZ Registered or Certified Plumber.
• Willing and capable of instructing the team in the safe and efficient use of plant and equipment. 
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. 
• Current and clean Class 1 NZ Driver’s License
