Project Kaimahi - Leading Industry Pay

Te Kōhanga Reo National Trust is seeking 2 Project Kaimahi. 

Ideally one to be located in Wellington or Palmerston North and the other in Whangarei or Tamaki Makaurau. 

The Project Kaimahi is an integral member of our property team with proven experience of managing assigned contracts according to their specific requirements. This position reports to the National Property Manager for the day-to-day quality service delivery of the kaupapa.

The Project Kaimahi is expected to be an outstanding communicator with the ability to engage at all levels. Ideally you will have knowledge of the Kōhanga Reo kaupapa and experience of working in a Māori learning environment.

For success in this position, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years project management experience with an ability to learn quickly.
The ideal candidate will have:

•Above average knowledge of Microsoft Excel
•Good planning and organisational skills.
•Relevant Qualification for the position
•Superior knowledge of NZS 3604 and the Building Act 2004.
•Knowledge of the ECE Licensing criteria as it relates to property.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Experience establishing and maintaining good working relationships at all levels.
•Māori language proficiency would be an advantage.
