The Role
This is a key position within the company, collaborating closely with the Project Managers and the Senior Leadership team. You will work closely with the Senior QS team and wider team to successfully execute various projects. Additionally, you will work in close coordination with the broader business to achieve great outcomes for clients.

You will jump onboard to a busy portfolio of projects that will see you well into 2024. The role will involve a lot of traditional cost management and estimating work across a variety of sectors. You'll have the opportunity to lead several projects and provide guidance to junior team members along the way. Responsibilities: 

• To provide cost planning, tender reviews and cost reporting on construction projects
• Contract administration
• Progress Claims
• Tender evaluations, pricing/measurement
• Liaising with designers, and contractors to ensure projects cost is being managed and within budget
• Mitigating any risk through sound processes and value engineering
• Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders and presenting progress on projects.
