About the companyOur client are a market dominating and progressive engineering business with over 60 years trading in
Richmond, Tasman. They are in an exciting expansion period and are in the final design stages for their new and modern facilities.
About the role:
The role will allow you to see your projects from concept through to completion across a variety of primary industries, including general engineering, wood processing, horticulture, forestry, heavy transport, aquaculture, and other sectors.
- 3D mechanical design, modelling, & production drawing output using SolidWorks + PDM
- Detailed design analysis and FEA on parts & systems
- Build strong relationships with clients and other team members
- Whilst there is a dedicated R&D team you will also be involved in this aspect
