Job Description: BlackRock is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team in Auckland, NZ. As a mid-to-senior level role, this position requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service management. The ideal candidate will be reliable, independent, and possess excellent time management and people management skills.
Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and procedures - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Train and onboard new customer service team members - Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure resolution - Develop key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the customer service team - Communicate company policies and procedures to the customer service team
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service management - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Experience with CRM software
