Job Description - Customer Success Manager - Work from home


Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance. This is a full-time, work-from-home position based in Napier, Hawke's Bay, New Zealand, with the opportunity for growth and advancement in an innovative and supportive company.


Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. 2. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any questions, concerns, or issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention rates. 4. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and execute customer success initiatives. 6. Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed. 7. Assist in customer onboarding and ensure a smooth transition to our services. 8. Monitor key performance indicators and track progress towards customer success goals. 9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success management.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success or a similar role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 5. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. 6. Energetic and enthusiastic personality. 7. Proficient in research and analysis. 8. Proven track record of driving customer success and satisfaction. 9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
