Online Call Center Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Online Call Center Associate to join our team at Telephone & Data Systems in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer inquiries or complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries. 2. Provide information about products and services. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues. 4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department. 5. Perform research to find solutions to customer problems. 6. Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals. 7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously. 8. Meet or exceed call center metrics and performance targets. 9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of call center processes.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Excellent problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficient in basic computer skills. 7. Research and project management skills. 8. Ability to think critically and creatively. 9. Strong attention to detail. 10. Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
