**Job Description:**

We are hiring an experienced Loan Writer to join our mortgage team. You will play a crucial role in facilitating the lending process by preparing and organizing loan applications, verifying applicant information, and ensuring compliance with lending regulations. 

We love to promote internally so if you are wanting to step into a Mortgage Adviser role in the future then that works well with us and is what our current Loan Writer is moving on to.

We are offering a salary and commission on every deal that you write which makes it a great package alone with flexibility to work from an office and/or home.

**Requirements:**

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position (Mortgage/Banker) role is essential.

- In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, industry regulations, and lending practices.

- Level 5 is a bonus or on way to complete but not a requirement

- Proficient in financial analysis, credit assessment, and affordability calculations.

- We are big on compliance & record keeping and it’s important that you see importance in the details.

- Given the sensitive nature of our work, the ability to maintain utmost discretion and confidentiality at all times is imperative.
