Job description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Operations Associate at USAA in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a related field and possess a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities: - Monitor and manage online operations to ensure seamless functionality and troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize online processes and enhance user experience - Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Implement and maintain online security measures to protect customer information - Provide support to customers and resolve any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve online operations
