Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

Booktrack is looking for a passionate and confident Online Operations Associate to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are looking to grow and develop their skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize online operations for Booktrack, including but not limited to website management, content creation, and customer service. - Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement online campaigns to drive traffic and sales. - Monitor and analyze website performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. - Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless integration and collaboration. - Assist in the planning and execution of online events and promotions.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Strong negotiation and emotional intelligence skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics. - Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Passion for the digital landscape and eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
