Social Media Manager

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement across all platforms. 2. Create and manage social media content calendar, including writing and editing captivating copy and designing high-quality visuals. 3. Monitor social media analytics and provide regular reports on performance, optimize strategies based on data insights. 4. Engage with followers and address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing campaigns and initiatives. 6. Stay updated on social media trends and best practices, recommend innovative strategies to stay ahead of the curve. 7. Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets to maximize ROI. 8. Monitor industry trends and competitors' social media activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2. 4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the entertainment industry. 3. Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts and driving engagement. 4. Strong understanding of social media platforms and tools, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. 5. Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools. 6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 8. Resilient and energetic personality with a passion for creativity and innovation. 9. Strong strategic planning skills and emotional intelligence.
