The company and opportunity: Our client specialises in assisting people to immigrate to NZ and is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help out for 8 weeks. You will be working closely with the Chief Digital Officer, Marketing Manager, and recruitment team, you will be required to carry out everyday marketing tasks as directed. You would be joining a company with an excellent team culture. They're a small, yet growing company, based in Ponsonby.  This role would suit a new graduate looking to get some experience or they are also open to someone at all levels, you must be proactive and a quick learner.  The role, in a nut shell: Some of your key areas of responsibility will include: Setting up and Optimising Google Ads Researching marketing optimisation for customers Using available tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager to understand user behaviours  Testing new landing pages produced by the web team Email Marketing – Design, execution, and scheduling of all email marketing through Active Campaigns. Social Media Management -sourcing, creating, and scheduling of engaging content Digital design of materials – usage of Canva and/or Photoshop to produce website banners, ads, social posts, email creative To be successful in this role:  Ability to work autonomously, be proactive, take initiative and problem-solve Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure Motivated Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy  Great attention to detail Advanced technical knowledge and extensive experience with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, Dropbox, and other platforms  Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with various members of the organisation  High level of English Permanent NZ residency or NZ Citizenship or a valid work visa Whats in it for you?  There are many benefits to this role, including location, a very supportive manager, and the opportunity to gain great experience and growth.
