We are seeking a talented Account Support Manager to join our team at Weta Digital, a world-renowned visual effects company based in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. This position offers the unique opportunity to work remotely, providing flexibility and work-life balance.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business goals and provide personalized support - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery - Track and report on key account metrics and performance indicators - Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling of additional services - Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members and foster a culture of cooperation and inclusivity - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve account management processes
Requirements: - 5 years of experience in account management or a related field - Adaptable and resourceful with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred - Experience working in a remote setting is a plus
