Job Description - Client Support Associate

Job Description:


We are seeking a Client Support Associate to join our team at Enterprise Products Partners in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As an entry-level position, this role offers a great opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of experience who is independent, dedicated, and looking to grow their career in client support.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional support to clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and in-person meetings. 2. Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client inquiries and issues. 4. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions in CRM system. 5. Work with other Client Support Associates to continuously improve processes and procedures. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a client support role. 2. Strong emotional intelligence and ability to navigate challenging client interactions. 3. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
