About the role

This is an exciting role reporting into the Online Marketing Manager – New World to support our national e-commerce growth strategy. You will beresponsible for bringing the New World brand to life across our digital products- both in its promotion and through the respective channels themselves. You’ll lead by customer insight to bring marketing & communications to life across all digital channels whether it be owned (website, app, eDM, SEO), Paid (display, Social, SEM) and through partnerships (Meta, Google, Affiliate programs). You will be responsible for content management & strategic ownership across our products and support the wider team in bringing the brand to life within our New World digital properties.

About you

You have ideally had 5+ years experience in CMS management & strategy, ideally within marketing teams, retail, online retailing or FMCG and you’ll be passionate about digital experience and ready to get stuck into this new role to support New Worlds growth online. You’ll be naturally consultative with people and enjoy working with a variety of stakeholders to deliver results, from our internal teams through to our agency partners. But most importantly you’ll be a team player who’s keen to take on any challenge and aFoodie at heart that has agenuineinterest in understanding the Foodies online customer.
