Structural Steel Experience: We require hands-on experience specifically in fabrication with structural steel. Experience with other materials like aluminum boats or windows is not applicable. Able-Bodied: Physical fitness is a must as this role involves manual labor and working with heavy machinery. ? Welding Skills: A strong welding background is necessary, preferably with formal qualifications or previous certification.
