As a Gardener, you’ll be working alongside our small team of Groundsman to ensure our grounds are kept in an immaculate condition and ‘odd jobs’ around the site are completed. 

We are looking for someone who can work unsupervised, is self-motivated and has a ‘can do’ attitude. This role is typically worked Monday to Friday working between 7.00am to 3.30pm. 

The perfect candidate will be:  

• Physically fit as this position may involve heavy lifting and is based outdoors 
• Excellent knowledge of gardening and plants
• Passion for the environment
• Self-motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude 
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential, full on the job training will be provided 

Responsibilities include:  

• Ensuring all gardens are maintained to a high standard all year round 
• Reporting any equipment that requires maintenance or repair to the Manager or Supervisor
• Ensuring the site appearance is of a high standard by cleaning, rubbish collection, soft landscaping, and general site maintenance 
• Participation in implementing any landscaping projects as directed by the Manager
