We're looking for an exceptional qualified early childhood head teacher to lead our preschool room, where tamariki represent the mighty Kauri Tree and embark on a remarkable journey of learning.This is a permanent position working 40 hours Monday to Friday. Role requirements: We're looking for a natural leader who shares our values and vision who has a good understanding of programme planning and assessment as well as a drive and passion for growth. As well as: B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE or primary) and current teacher certification A strong understanding of programme planning, pedagogy and curriculum Good knowledge of the current ECE regulations, Te Whariki and hold compliance in a high regard Passion and commitment for teaching and learning with a focus on delivering quality.
