Are you an HR Professional with HRIS experience? 29th March, 2024 Are you passionate about helping businesses streamline their HR processes and maximize their potential? Join our dynamic team as an HR Onboarding Consultant and play a pivotal role in guiding small to medium businesses through a seamless onboarding journey with our cutting-edge EMS Hub platform. This is an office based role in Warkworth - 30 minutes north of Auckland. Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. As an integral part of our team, you will: Monitor and manage the EMS Hub platform dashboard, ensuring smooth operations and taking proactive steps as needed. Lead the setup and onboarding of new companies and employees, from crafting employment agreements to facilitating smooth exits. Collaborate with the HR Consultant/Advisor to create and update performance reviews, employment agreements, and SOPs. Deliver engaging live training webinars to educate customers on platform functionalities and best practices. Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers, addressing roadblocks during the onboarding process through 1:1 and group formats. Stay updated on NZ HR and Employment legislation, ensuring compliance and offering informed advice to customers. To excel in this role, you'll need: 3 years previous experience in HR Administration and SAAS environments highly desirable. Advanced proficiency in Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Familiarity with HRIS systems and a solid understanding of basic employment law. Exceptional organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proactive and self-motivated approach, capable of working independently and taking initiative. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels. A passion for learning and a willingness to take on new challenges, contributing to continuous growth and improvement. Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Enjoyment of working in a collaborative team environment, supporting colleagues and sharing knowledge to achieve common goals.
