About The Role: We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled HVAC professional looking to transition into a new role as a HVAC Technical Trainer. Reporting to the National Technical & Training Manager you will: Develop and deliver engaging, practical, and hands-on training sessions covering a wide range of HVAC topics, from basic principles to advanced troubleshooting techniques. Create innovative training materials, including presentations, manuals, and interactive simulations, to enhance the learning experience and ensure maximum retention of knowledge. Stay up to date with the latest developments in HVAC technology and best practices, incorporating new information into training programs to keep them relevant and effective. Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve our training programs, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing solutions to meet the evolving needs of our customers. About You: To be successful in this role you will need extensive HVAC industry experience of 10 years + with a strong understanding of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. You will be a skilled communicator and have an ability to engage with people and build strong relationships. A proven track record of excellence as a technician, demonstrating proficiency in installation, maintenance, and repair techniques. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner. You will understand what true customer service entails with a passion to really understand our business and people. Great at managing your own time and prioritising, you will enjoy working autonomously while delivering high quality material to ensure learner engagement. Have some computer skills or proven ability to learn new systems and processes in a timely manner. A full driver’s licence as travel, including some out of town/overnight will be required.
