Exciting opportunity for a seasoned QS to be part of a growing Tier 2 construction firm!Your new company They specialise in delivering high quality, large and complex commercial projects across the educational, retail, residential and industrial sectors. Operating within the Tier 2 space, they are considered as one of the big players in the industry. They put in a great focus on creating a positive culture within the team and practice open communication in the office as they are firm believers that this is the basic foundation of their success. They are expecting a couple of projects to land in the next couple of weeks, so they are looking to grow their QS team in Wellington. They are also in the midst of closing out a few business deals which would mean big things are ahead for the company in 2025.Your new role They are seeking an Intermediate to Senior level Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Petone, Wellington. Currently, the team is composed of 2 senior QS' and 5 intermediate. The successful candidate will be the sole QS tasked to manage multiple projects at a time. Projects typically go for $800k to $15mil.
