The role will include, but not limited to: Promoting and selling the employer's IT products/services including website design, business management system, invoice system, social media development and marketing, POS System, etc. Developing and expanding a portfolio of clients by networking and marketing. Assessing client IT needs and making recommendations on IT product/service packages. Preparing sales visits and presentations to pitch IT products/services to clients. Introduce IT products/services to highlight service benefits.  Negotiating sales, package discounts and long-term contracts with clients. Following up clients and ensuring satisfaction with services and providing advice after sales. Monitoring clients' changing needs and competitor activity and reporting on these developments to the management. Establishing sales goals and implementing a plan to meet these goals. Tracking progress towards goals and documenting sales performance Becoming fluent in products/services offered by the employer through testing, demonstrations, and research. Answering questions, describing benefits, and discussing pros and cons of various completing products and services. Gaining familiarity with the IT industry and staying updated on trends and innovative products. Attending trade exhibitions and industry events to learn about cutting-edge products and sales. Other duties may be reasonably required by the employer. Job pre-requisites: Basic IT knowledge and will be verified from the interview No experience required since one month training will be provided and be paid at the normal hourly rate Fast learner and team player Excellent communication skills Attention to details and a hard-working attitude Excellent work ethic and great time management passion for the industry Full time:30 - 40 hours per week
