Marketing Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

ConocoPhillips is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis, working from home in Wellington, Wellington, NZ. As an Associate Level Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in various activities to promote our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing marketing strategies and campaigns - Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives are executed effectively - Create and manage content for digital marketing platforms such as social media, email campaigns, and websites - Monitor and track marketing performance metrics to assess the success of campaigns - Collaborate with designers and other team members to create promotional materials - Assist in planning and organizing events and promotional activities - Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other marketing tools/software - Confident and resourceful personality traits - Strong leadership skills - Prior experience in the energy industry is a plus
