We are currently seeking 1 Marketing Specialist to join the team in Wellington. Ideal candidates should have : A minimum of one year's work experience in the marketing industry or a New Zealand bachelor (or above) qualification in Marketing. Be reliable & punctual & self-motivated. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and planning skills. Long-term and full commitments are required. Be able to pass a police check. Responsibilities for the position: Communicate with clients to deeply realize clients' demands, business models, key selling points, etc. Identify marketing trends and insights for the client based on industry/competitor analysis and develop customized marketing strategies. Implement customized marketing strategies for the client, including setting up various ads campaigns on different marketing channels. Maintain and optimize the marketing calendar to ensure the timely execution of campaigns. Monitor and enhance the performance of advertising campaigns across various platforms. Generate and maintain comprehensive marketing reports to track progress and inform decision-making. Effectively manage the marketing budget allocated to each client. Undertake ad hoc responsibilities pertinent to the role. Deliver monthly marketing reports to clients punctually. Provide professional advice in marketing proposals and make sure clients understand the differences and benefits of diverse online platforms after the proposal meeting. Proactively address client inquiries and devise solutions to challenges. Uphold customer retention rates at or above the company's benchmark through strategic initiatives.
