Online Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

Owens & Minor is seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as an Online Customer Service Associate in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. This full-time position is ideal for entry-level candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to a positive work environment.
