Pr Associate

Job Description:

Farmers Insurance Exchange is seeking an entry-level PR Associate to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As a PR Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of public relations and communication efforts for the company.

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing PR strategies to promote the company's brand and products - Help plan and execute PR campaigns and events - Draft press releases, media pitches, and other communications materials - Build and maintain relationships with media contacts and influencers - Monitor media coverage and prepare reports for management - Assist with social media management and content creation - Collaborate with team members from various departments on PR initiatives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field - 1 year of experience in PR, communications, or related field - Independent and passionate about PR and communications - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Creativity and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms
