The Role

Reporting to the company's directors you will be responsible for providing the overall direction and leadership of the office. You will play a pivotal role in the running of the day-to-day activities as well as providing technical mentoring and design oversight to the engineering team.

Offering a diverse portfolio you will utilise your strong engineering background to provide technical oversight through the full project lifecycle. With a strategic focus, this is a great role to further develop established client relationships and commercial decisions to contribute to the overall success of the business.

About You

With a people focus and strong communication skills you will be able to work with a range of stakeholders and oversee project delivery milestones.

With strong knowledge in piping and pressure equipment, fluid dynamics or process design you'll hold a relevant tertiary qualification and have design experience in sectors such as energy, food & beverage, dairy, or oil & gas.

This may see you coming from a consultancy or asset owner environment, seeking the opportunity to progress or coming from an existing principal position wanting to join a tight-knit specialist team.
