Registered Nurse, Rheumatic Fever Screening - Well Child at Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand Tairāwhiti, Gisborne Te whiwhinga mahi| The Opportunity We have funding for a 12 month fixed term project to roll out a Rheumatic Fever Screening Project to year 7 tauira in Kura Kaupapa Maori on the East Coast, urban Gisborne and Western Rural areas. This Coordination role would ideally suit a person who has community nursing experience and in particular working in schools and kura. If you have delivered a School Based Immunisation program in an Intermediate School setting then this may be a role that you are suited to. This role may also suit a job share and or a secondment. You will become a trained scanner as well are having the role of coordinating the service delivery across the district including working alongside kaimahi colleagues who will deliver the bulk of the scanning in the kura.
