0.94 FTE position available on a rotating 4 on 2 off roster - across three shift patternsEssential : A current New Zealand APC and a mental health scope of practiceProviding care, assessment and management of maternal mental health for mothers and their babies as well as people with eating disorders.Mo te tunga About the roleBased at Hillmorton Campus, Whangai Aroha, comprising of Perinatal Mental Health Service and Eating Disorders Service, provides care for a South Island wide catchment.Perinatal Mental Health Service (5.2 beds) provides specialist treatment for women who present with complex moderate to severe maternal mental illness who require admission with their baby.Eating Disorders (7.8 beds)provides specialist inpatient care for people with an eating disorder, whereboth medical and psychological treatment is required.This Specialty Serviceoffers a fulfilling and dynamic environment and opportunities to further yournursing career.
