Client Relations Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

NGL Energy Partners is currently seeking a Client Relations Officer to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. This is a full-time, work-from-home position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a client-facing role.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and issues are addressed in a timely manner. 2. Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and complaints. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client projects and deliverables. 4. Communicate with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and video conferencing. 5. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients. 6. Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. 7. Assist in the development of client retention strategies and initiatives. 8. Prepare reports and presentations on client performance and satisfaction for management.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in a client relations or customer service role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients. 5. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. 6. Adaptable and confident personality traits. 7. Creativity and persuasion as soft skills. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 9. Prior experience in the energy industry is a plus.
