Job Description - Remote Customer Support Manager


Job Description:


We are looking for a talented Remote Customer Support Manager to join our team at Deere in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, New Zealand. As a Remote Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of remote customer support representatives, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and service.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee a team of remote customer support representatives. 2. Develop and implement customer support strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction. 3. Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify areas for improvement. 4. Provide training and guidance to remote team members to ensure they are equipped to handle customer inquiries effectively. 5. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 6. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.


Requirements: 1. 5 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Confident and passionate personality traits. 3. Strong problem-solving and persuasion skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Experience managing remote teams is a plus. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
