Live Chat Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Nationwide is seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Live Chat Assistant. This is a full-time, work-from-home position located in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. This role is entry-level and requires no prior experience.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service through live chat interactions with customers - Answer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products and services - Research customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in all customer interactions - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Experience working in a customer service role is a plus - Must be reliable and motivated to provide excellent service - Soft skills such as cooperation and research are essential - Must have access to a reliable internet connection and computer
