Online Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:

Newmont Mining is seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our team as an Online Customer Success Assistant in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for someone looking to kickstart their career in the mining industry.

Responsibilities: - Assist with online customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service - Manage customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive customer success initiatives - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Support the implementation of new online customer success strategies - Work on special projects related to online customer success as assigned by management - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer success

Requirements: - 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or a related field - Reliable and hardworking with a strong work ethic - Excellent project management skills and ability to multitask - Innovative mindset with a desire to drive change - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
