Retail Assistant/Sales Person - Full Time - Palmerston North So you're keen to join the buzzing tourism and automotive industry?? Then you're in the right place. Our new Palmerston North branch is looking for an energetic Retail Assistant/Salesperson, who thrives on delivering amazing service and having a laugh. We have two roles available, one for 24 hours and one for 32 hours a week. We pride ourselves on excellent Customer Service, and strive to 'go the extra mile' for customers. As a key point of contact for customers, you will be an integral part of the team at RV Super Centre. While it would be ideal if you have worked within this industry, our team come from a wide variety of backgrounds. Full training will be given and questions are encouraged! Some of your key qualities will include: Previous sales and/or retail experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships quickly Good numeracy skills with an ability to understand sales calculations A sense of humour, full of positive energy and ability to work well as a team member Ability to work unsupervised & being responsible for the quality and completion of own tasks Ability to follow instructions and requests as directed Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good IT skills specifically Excel data entering Adaptability to changing work environment Your role will involve: Provide outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships with your customers Respond directly to customer queries, complaints and feedback, and participate in customer investigations as required by Retail Assistant Manager / Retail Supervisor Merchandise and restock shelves, making sure merchandise is visually appealing to customers Implement changes to store/shelf layouts as directed by Retail Manager Ensuring all products are ticketed appropriately and pricing is current You will be required to help us sell our RVs when necessary (commission will be paid!)
