Retail Assistants (Retail & Consumer Products)Providing product advice, education, and demonstrations to our customers is a big part of this role and providing crucial support in the store's management team.As a 3IC / Sales Consultant you will be responsible, in part, for driving your team to achieve sales success. You will also be responsible for the supervision of team members as directed and in the absence of the Store Manager, giving you the opportunity to develop your natural leadership skills in a retail environment.This is a permanent full-time position working the following hours:Monday: 8:00am - 5:45pmThursday: 8:00am - 5:45pmFriday: 8:00am - 5:45pmSaturday: 8:30am - 4.00pmSunday: 9:45am - 4.15pmQualificationsWho we are looking for?To be successful in this role you must be driven to achieve sales and profit targets - both your own and the team targets.
