For more information visit: the Role:We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Director to join our Head Office and be a key player in accelerating Black Pearl Groups growth!The Sales Director will be responsible for the tactical execution of the sales strategy and leading our sales team in achieving revenue goals from direct sales across our innovative products.Black Pearl Group's company culture is fast and dynamic, which brings with it the need to be collaborative, so in working closely with across all departments your relationships will be of utmost importance.About You:The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of driving sales growth and fostering high-performance sales teams. Experience in implementing sales strategies is required and if this experience is in the SaaS industry and/or selling in the United States that would be highly desirable.This role suits someone who can demonstrate a strong blend of results orientation and strategic execution skills that will support the delivery of BPG's strategic objectives.Bringing your high energy and unrelenting determination to this role will also be the critical elements to your success.Tangible experience working in a B2B role is required and with a strong preference for candidates who have successfully sold to the US market, aligning with Black Pearl Group's current strategic focus.The preferred candidate will need to be flexible with working US hours and be able to travel internationally if required.You will be a team player as a member of a close-knit and fun team.What you'll be doing:Executing Sales Plans (70%)Revenue Generation/Leadership: Interpret the strategic direction from the CEO and implement the sales plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.Strategic Execution: Show your expertise in implementing effective sales strategies, preferably in the SaaS industry and US market.Results-Oriented: Bring your passion for achieving results and delivering on strategic objectives.High Energy: Fuel our momentum with your enthusiasm and determination.Collaborative Mindset: Foster strong relationships across departments to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment.Proven Leadership (30%): Demonstrate your ability to drive sales growth and maintain a high-performing teamQualifications and Experience:To be considered for this role, you will have: Proven Business-to-Business experience in a senior sales leadership role with the attitude and character to win.Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Strong understanding of SaaS business models and technology trends would be advantageous.Experience selling to the US market is highly desirable.Join the Team:If you're a seasoned sales leader with a passion for driving growth in the US market, we want to hear from you!
