Lead, manage and motivate the Sales team to achieve set sales targets and KPIs (Financing, Insurance, Trade-in penetration rates) Monitor sales performance of the team and provide coaching, when necessary, analyse market trends and formulate sales strategies Demonstrate a high level of understanding for Polestar products and services. Excite, engage and educate prospects with the help of technology  Requirements Proven sales track record with the drive and passion for sales Enthusiastic and passionate about electric vehicles, strong understanding of the EV segment and able to explain technical concepts surrounding EVs Strong sense of urgency, team mentality, responsible and not afraid to get your hands dirty Creative and techy with a strong interest in keeping up-to-date with the latest tech  Highly self-motivated with strong initiative Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Singapore?
