You will be working in the field to build strong relationships and ensure their needs are met. You also will: Promote all Stanley Black & Decker products with a particular focus on DEWALT. Generate sales through onsite demonstrations and attending trade events. Identify and convert new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.  Build relationships with end users and distributor partners. Conduct Distributor and End User training in stores and onsite The Person:  You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. You’re not intimidated by innovation. The ability and willingness to conduct face to face cold calls/visits The ability to present with confidence and communicate clearly when presenting product initiatives to end users. A full driver's license with excellent driving record and comfortable towing a trailer Computer skills, particularly around Excel and CRM systems.
