Responsibilities: Lead the direction of Salesforce through managing the roadmap Implement and build on delivery processes and methodologies Lead a talented team of Salesforce specialists Lead the delivery of new features and enhancements to Salesforce Stakeholder and vendor management Implement and report on KPIs for the team Requirements: Minimum of 3 years' experience leading Salesforce platform teams. Strong experience in Salesforce development (senior or lead position). Experience working in a multiple-org Salesforce landscape. Excellent planning and organisational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skis Experience managing and motivating teams in a fast-paced environment.
